Please note that all minutes are initially published in draft form. They are approved for accuracy at the relevant meeting that follows and any amendments are recorded in the minutes of that following meeting. To ascertain whether there have been any amendments to a set of minutes you need to refer to the minutes of the meeting at which they were approved. The minutes of committees represent recommendations to the full council. These are referred to a full council meeting for adoption. At the full council meeting the proposals within the committee minutes may be adopted without change, amended or referred back for further consideration. To ascertain whether the proposals of committees have been adopted, you need to refer to the full council meeting minutes to which the committee meeting minutes have been referred.
